Studio loft apartments range in price from $1,080.00-$1,115.00.
One-bedroom loft apartments range in price from $1,280.00-$1,315.00.
Two-bedroom loft apartments range in price from $1,530.00-$1,615.00.
Three-bedroom loft apartments range in the price from $1,705.00-$1,755.00.

To get on the list, an interested person must submit a $100 deposit to the address listed below. * Note: Priority is given based on the date we receive your deposit. Should an interested person move forward with renting an apartment, the $100 priority list deposit will be applied to the security deposit.

Yes. The $100 deposit is held until a lease is signed or until an interested person requests to be taken off our priority list at which time the deposit will be returned. Priority is determined based upon the date we receive your deposit.
No. We will contact priority list individuals to schedule an appointment prior to completion of construction. During this appointment, priority list individuals will have the opportunity to see sample boards with the apartment finishes and amenities. We will also have boards for each floor showing specific apartment locations within the building and pricing. If for any reason, you change your mind and do not decide to lease at 1010 Elliston, we will refund your Priority List deposit in full. Of course, we do not anticipate this to be the case, as each apartment offers a lifestyle not found anywhere else in Madison!
Application Fee: $50 per person
Administrative Fee: $175 per unit (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: $200 with approved credit
Pet Fee: $350 one pet & $500 for two pets (non-refundable) **two pet maximum per apartment. 30 lb. weight limit per pet on 2nd & 3rdfloor)
Pet deposit: $250 – All pets over 35 lbs.
Yes. 1010 Elliston will be pet friendly; however, there will be some restrictions. Our pet policy will allow two pets per loft apartment (dog and/or cat) with a weight limit of 35 pounds. on the 2nd & 3rd floor. Exotic pets will not be allowed. A $350 pet fee for one pet and $500 for two pets will be required which is non-refundable. If the animal is over thirty-five pounds, a pet deposit of $250 will be required.
No – We are a garden style community with stairs in each breezeway.
No. As with our other apartment communities in Madison County, utilities are not included in the rent. Valet Trash and Pest Control are included with your rent. You will be responsible for paying your own water, electricity, and cable/internet.
All the apartments at 1010 Elliston will have walk-out balconies/patios.
Yes. Each apartment will be furnished with a full-size washer and dryer.
Because the fire code is extremely strict about requirements for washer/dryers and compliance thereof, each apartment will be furnished with a full-size washer and dryer and providing different models is not allowed.
Yes. It is first come first serve.
Residents will have the option of AT&T U-verse or XFinity.
